How we use your information.
Growth Mastermind Hub (GMH) runs the AI Confidence Scorecard. This notice explains what we collect and why. Last updated 16 October 2026.
What we collect.
- The answers you select in the assessment. Every answer is a predefined choice; we never ask you to type an answer.
- Your name, email address and WhatsApp number. We collect these only at the end, when you ask for your report.
- How you found us, such as a campaign link, and the website you came from. We store a one-way hash of your network address only to limit spam, never the address itself.
- Basic usage events, such as starting the assessment or downloading your report. These never contain your name, email or phone.
Why we use it.
- To create and save your report, and to let you resume or delete it. This is required to use the assessment.
- To contact you by email or WhatsApp about your report and our programs, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand learner needs and improve our programs, content and marketing, using anonymized answers. This never includes your contact details.
How your result is made.
- Your report comes from fixed, documented rules. Your answers and contact details are not sent to any AI model. Readiness levels are provisional and based on what you tell us; they are not a validated skills test.
Who can see it.
- Only authorized GMH staff, through a protected admin portal. Our exports for marketing analysis never include names, email addresses or phone numbers.
- Your data is stored with our cloud database provider. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it.
- We keep prospect records for up to 24 months after you complete the assessment, then delete them unless you have since joined a GMH program.
Your choices.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Use the request link below or email us.
- If you want a copy of your data, email us and we will respond.
- You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by asking us, or by replying to any message we send.
Your browser.
- We save a private resume key in your browser so you can continue where you left off. It is not a tracking cookie, and you can remove it by clearing your browser data.
